WE GO COOP SYMPOSIUM will take place at the University of Cádiz (Puerto Real), organized by the Andalusian Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FAMP) within the framework of the European project WE GO COOP (Interreg Euro-MED). Under the theme “+Biodiversity: for Wetlands in Andalusia +Governance”, the event will bring together experts, institutions, and local governments to promote collaborative governance of wetlands. Key topics will include the Wetland Contract as a participatory management tool, the launch of a Community of Practice, and the drafting of a policy paper to influence European environmental strategies. The symposium will also feature a technical visit to a restored wetland and showcase successful conservation initiatives.
